Terms of Service

Soul Phase is a self-reflection and entertainment service that generates AI-powered “soul journey” reports based on user-provided information. Soul Phase is currently in Beta / Early Access — features, pricing, and quality may evolve.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during diagnosis
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Send Soul Gifts only to people you reasonably know or have permission to contact
• Refrain from sharing your account or login credentials

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others (especially via Soul Gift recipients' emails)
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Submit false or fraudulent payment information
• Resell, license, or redistribute generated sigils or reports

We retain all rights to the platform, AI models, prompts, and proprietary methodology. Your input data (name, birthday, emotions) belongs to you — we hold a license to process it for the purposes of operating the Service.

Your Soul Sigil and reports are licensed to you for personal use, including saving, wallpaper, and personal sharing. Commercial use (selling prints, including in commercial works) requires separate written permission.

Subscriptions are charged automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.

Founder pricing ($11/month) is yours forever. Your Founder seat — its number, its mark, its $11 rate — is permanently bound to your account. If you pause your subscription and later return, your $11 rate resumes, regardless of how much time has passed. This is our promise to those who arrived first.

14-day refund: Full refund available within 14 days of your first charge if the Service does not meet your expectations. Refunds are available through your account's Stripe Customer Portal.

All sigils, reports, whispers, and reflections are generated by AI based on your input. The Service is designed for self-reflection and entertainment. It is NOT:

• Medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• A prediction of future events
• Religious doctrine or spiritual authority
• A substitute for professional consultation
• A diagnosis or treatment for any condition
• A guarantee of accuracy or beneficial outcome

If you are experiencing emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, or any mental health challenge, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call your local emergency services. In the United States, you can reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988.

Soul Phase encourages mindful, occasional use. The Service is not designed to be used compulsively or as a sole source of guidance for important life decisions. If you find yourself relying on Soul Phase to make critical choices, please pause and consult a trusted human resource.

Soul Phase references sacred sites, symbols, and traditions from many cultures (e.g. Sedona, Mount Fuji, Uluru, Stonehenge, the Pyramids of Giza). These references are intended as respectful sources of inspiration for inner reflection — not as claims of authority over those traditions.

When you send a Soul Gift, you affirm that you have a reasonable basis to contact the recipient (friend, family, partner, etc.) and are not using Soul Phase to harass or stalk.

Recipients can save the sigil without creating an account. They are not added to any marketing list unless they explicitly opt in by entering their email.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose risk to other users. You may delete your account at any time via settings or by emailing hello@soulphase.app.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on Service content. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions to the extent permitted by law.
