Privacy Policy

Account data: email, name, birth date.

Diagnosis input: your selected emotions, life phase, and any optional birth time or location you provide.

Generated content: your Soul Sigil, monthly journey reports, daily whispers, and aura history. All generated by AI and uniquely tied to your account.

Engagement data: mood records (optional, only when you tap them), pages visited, and email opens. Used to improve the Service.

Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never store your card number.

• To generate your unique Soul Sigil and monthly journeys
• To send daily whispers and journey notifications by email
• To process subscription payments through Stripe
• To improve the Service (in aggregate, never individually)

We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We do NOT use your photos or input to train AI models.

The following sub-processors operate parts of the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
• Anthropic Claude API — AI text generation (whispers, reports)
• OpenAI — AI image generation (Soul Sigils only, generated once per user)
• Resend — transactional emails
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — web hosting
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection
• Upstash — rate limiting

All sigils, reports, whispers, and reflections on Soul Phase are generated by AI based on your diagnosis input. They are intended for self-reflection and entertainment. They are NOT:

• Medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• Predictions of future events
• Replacement for professional consultation
• Guaranteed to be accurate or beneficial
• A diagnosis or treatment for any condition

If you are experiencing emotional distress or any mental health challenge, please contact a licensed professional. In the United States, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available by dialing 988.

Soul Phase references sacred sites and traditions from many cultures (Sedona, Mount Fuji, Uluru, Stonehenge, the Pyramids of Giza, and others) as respectful sources of inspiration. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Export your data (full archive of journeys + sigils)
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Object to or restrict processing

To exercise these rights, email privacy@soulphase.app.

While active: all your sigils, journeys, whispers, and aura history are retained.

After cancellation: your data is preserved for 90 days (in case you return), then permanently deleted unless you request immediate deletion.

Payment records: retained per legal requirements (typically 7 years).

Soul Phase is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we delete it.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, encryption at rest), access controls, and regular security audits. No system is perfectly secure — please use a unique password.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
